“It’s not the critic that counts “.   When I realized that my real fear was not trying at all, I realized that it was that, which was holding me back.  Despite a great career, there has always been a gnawing to do something else.   Something outside of the traditional box.  I have never fit in with the grain so being a trailblazer is not a new venture.

However you see, school normally doesn’t teach you what you need.  There is no formal education on overcoming the fear of failure, maintaining emotional health, and pushing through insecurities.  These skills don’t come naturally for me but I have mastered them beyond comparison to my former self.

Rather than focusing on the “how”, you need to focus on the “why”.    When I understood the WHY, windows, doors, and resources opened up.

I can't wait to resonate with you, hear your unique story, and work with you to find your deepest motivations and discover your WHY!

Prepare to dig deep, get very honest with yourself, confront your truths with honesty, and rummage to the depths of your soul without restrictions.  There is no topic off-limit!  It's important to embrace bravery within yourself, bearing in mind that courage is not the absence of fear. Fear is innate, a primal defense mechanism that is hardwired into us.  But true bravery lies in facing it head-on, looking it in the eye with courage, acknowledging it, seeking to understand it, and ultimately conquering it. This journey will undoubtedly enrich your life. Embrace the opportunity to discover the extraordinary potential within you.

Repeat after me…. “Today, I choose to prioritize empowerment over self-pity, and resolve over resolutions”. An essential aspect of this transformation involves purposeful action and proactively setting yourself up for success. Shift your focus away from dwelling on potential obstacles and instead focus on the possibilities that lie ahead. You will need to be brave. But It will expand your life.   Allow yourself the opportunity to be amazed by what you are capable of.

One key is being intentional and setting yourself up for success.  Stop focusing on what could go wrong.

I ask you this…

  • What could go right?

  • What if you said “no” to what no longer serves you?

  • What if you said “yes” to just the thing that scares you today?

Embrace the Courage to Expand Your Life
