We have a WPATH certified provider that has a working understanding of the range of social, psychogical, and medical interventions to help support your needs. We provide WPATH readiness and hormone assessments, surgical readiness assessments. To further support those on a gender journey, we also offer supportive counselling and social transitioning tools. 

Gender Affirming Care

Our Nurse Practioner will first perform a psychiatric interview for clinical and theraputic purposes to establish a diagnostic impression and to formulate a plan of care for treatment. This assessment will include current and historical health information while incorporating the clients social, occupational and interpersonal functioning. This may include a physical exam as well as a lab and diagnostic workup. 

Psychiatric Assessments/Diagnosis

Psychotherapy is provided by licensed clinicians using a range of modalities. We offer a supportive space to treat non-psychotic mental health concerns through the exploration of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Through meaningful conversations and guided reflection, it helps you gain insights, develop coping strategies, and foster personal growth through lifes many transitions.
